Método del caso y evolución de las Cajas Rurales

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado del Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas de la Universidad de Jaén, explica los fundamentos “método del caso”, haciendo referencia a la evolución de las Cajas Rurales en España. El tema elegido ha sido el análisis de las Cajas Rurales abordado desde el “método del caso” estableciendo una determinada sistemática de trabajo. La primera parte sirve de base para el desarrollo del tema principal. Se enmarca en la explicación del método del caso, a través del cual los alumnos deben resolver un problema basado en experiencias y situaciones reales, fomentando la participación, la cooperación entre compañeros y el dialogo democrático. En la segunda parte se trata la historia de las Cajas Rurales en España como cooperativas de crédito y entidades fundamentales en el desarrollo del sector agrario español, haciendo mayor hincapié en las Cajas Rurales de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, atendiendo a sus restructuraciones y magnitudes económicas.

In this final year project for my undergraduate degree in Administration and Business Management at the Jaen University, it has been described the “case study method” and the evolution of the agriculture/rural credit banks in Spain. The chosen topic has been the analysis of the rural credit bank using the “case study method” as methodology work. The initial part is the base for the development of the main focus in this analysis. It attempts to reflect the importance of the “case study method”. A method of teaching in which the students should resolve problems based on real life situations by means of active participation, a democratic conversations and group cooperation. The second part describes the history and evolution of the agriculture/rural credit banks as credit cooperatives and organizations responsible for the development of the Spanish agrarian sector. The document is mainly focused on the Andalucía rural credit banks, history milestones, restructurings and economic scale.
