Resumen
En este trabajo se propone analizar los orígenes de los derechos laborales de las mujeres en la primera década del siglo pasado , así como su naturaleza y desarrollo en los últimos años. Hay que tener en cuenta que la participación de la mujer en el mundo del trabajo fue pequeña en un principio, durante el siglo XX, con hechos como la promulgación de la segunda república, la mujer se incorporó al mundo del trabajo. Sin embargo, este establecimiento no se dio en el marco de la igualdad y fue necesario garantizarles derechos especiales que los protegieran. Los cambios recientes en la sociedad han dado como resultado que estas leyes evolucionen, cambiando su naturaleza y propósito. Así que en esta obra, en primer lugar, se revelarán los primeros derechos otorgados a la mujer. En segundo lugar, mostrará la evolución de la mujer que tuvo lugar en la década de 1920 y 1930, para luego analizar una serie de derechos específicos que tienen y cómo se fueron transformando.
This work aims to analyze the origins of women's labor rights in the first decade of the last century, as well as their nature and development in recent years. It should be noted that women's participation in the world of work was small at first; during the 20th century, with events such as the promulgation of the Second Republic, women entered the workforce. However, this establishment did not occur within a framework of equality, and it was necessary to guarantee them special rights to protect them. Recent changes in society have resulted in the evolution of these laws, changing their nature and purpose. Therefore, this work will first reveal the first rights granted to women. Second, it will show the evolution of women that took place in the 1920s and 1930s, and then analyze a series of specific rights they have and how they have transformed.
