Abstract

en este trabajo se ha modelado en bim el edificio de alojamientos de la universidad de Jaén a partir de planos cad del proyecto de ejecución, con la ayuda del software revit de autodesk, configurando el edificio con materiales y elementos realistas. se ha expuesto información sobre la metodología bim, hablando de su utilización y en que consiste. Además se han obtenido varios documentos como renders, planos y un presupuesto detallado con la ayuda de presto.In this work, the university of Jaen accommodation building has been modeled in bim with the help of autodesk's revit software, configuring the building with realistic materials. information on the bim methodology has been exposed, talking about its use and what it consists of. also, several documents have been obtained such as renders, plans and a detailed budget with the help of presto.
