dc.description.abstract	en este trabajo se ha modelado en bim el edificio de alojamientos de la universidad de Jaén a partir de planos cad del proyecto de ejecución, con la ayuda del software revit de autodesk, configurando el edificio con materiales y elementos realistas. se ha expuesto información sobre la metodología bim, hablando de su utilización y en que consiste. Además se han obtenido varios documentos como renders, planos y un presupuesto detallado con la ayuda de presto.	es_ES
