Resumen
Inhibición conductual en la infancia correlaciona positivamente con el trastorno de ansiedad social en la adolescencia. La prevención de este trastorno se manifiesta como una acción posible. Se propone un programa de entrenamiento en atención plena kllrlgldo a nlftos/as con Inhibición conductual extrema de entre 4 y 6 aflos cuyo objetivo es desarrollar la lnteligencia socioemocional con la finalidad de disminuir la Inhibición conductual y prevenir la fobia social. Está fundamentado en los beneficios de la Inteligencia ISocioemoclonal sobre el ajuste psicológico y social asl como en los estudios que evidencian que la atención plena es un buen Instrumento para su desarrollo. Los resultados esperados son: disminución de la Inhibición conductual, aumento de la lnteligencia socioemocional y la prevención del trastorno de ansiedad social.

A mindfulness training program is proposed for children between 4 and 6 years of age with extreme behavioral inhibition. Its objective is to develop socio-emotional intelligence to reduce behavioral inhibition and prevent social phobia. It is based on the benefits of Socioemotional Intelligence on psychological and social adjustment, as well as on studies showing that mindfulness is a good tool for its development. The expected results are: decreased behavioral inhibition, increased socioemotional intelligence, and the prevention of social anxiety disorder.
