“FAMEDIVERSITY” UNA PROPUESTA INNOVADORA DE EXPRESIÓN CORPORAL

Abstract

[ES] La práctica de actividad física favorece el mantenimiento y mejora de la salud a través de sus beneficios fisiológicos, psicológicos y sociales. Cada vez es más complejo promover la actividad física en los más jóvenes por ello, llevar a cabo una educación física motivante, diferente e innovadora favorecerá el aumento de interés de nuestros alumnos por dicha asignatura generando así un disfrute mayor y una posible adherencia a la práctica de actividad física en horario extraescolar.

Tras analizar la escasa presencia que, de forma general tiene el bloque de contenidos de expresión corporal en las programaciones de educación física, el presente trabajo lleva a cabo una propuesta innovadora para una unidad didáctica de expresión corporal. El principal objetivo de este trabajo es promover la actividad física en el alumnado a través de una experiencia de aprendizaje innovadora que permita al alumnado disfrutar con la práctica de la Expresión Corporal

[EN] The practice of physical activity supports the maintenance of good health or the improvement of it through its physiological, psychological and social benefits. It is increasingly complex to promote physical activity in the youngest so setting out and carrying through a motivating, different and innovative physical education will favour the increase of our student’s interest to this subject, thus producing a greater enjoyment to it and a possible adhesion to the practice of physical activity outside the school hours. . After analysing the few presence that, generally, this content block has in physical education programming the present work carry out an innovative proposal for a didactic unit of corporal expression The main objective of this work is to promote physical activity in students through an innovative learning experience that allows students enjoy the practice of body expression.
