LA ORIENTACIÓN EDUCATIVA Y VOCACIONAL- PROFESIONAL, CONCEPTUALIZACIÓN Y MODELOS EXPLICATIVOS PARA LA ELECCIÓN DE LA PROFESIÓN.

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo consiste principalmente en el estudio de la evolución histórica y social que ha experimentado la Orientación en España, desde sus primeros precursores hasta la actualidad. Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo una revisión bibliográfica, citando algunas aportaciones importantes como la de la catedrática Elvira Repetto. Además, se exponen los conceptos de Orientación VocacionalProfesional y Orientación Educativa según diversos autores, haciendo especial hincapié en los contextos en los que operan cada una de ellas, sus principales características, sus funciones, etc. A partir de la Orientación Vocacional-Profesional, se detallan también distintos enfoques explicativos basados en teorías psicológicas y no psicológicas que tienen como objetivo exponer las razones y necesidades internas y/o externas que llevan a las personas a decidirse por una profesión concreta u otra en el futuro. Después, se trata el papel que juega la Orientación dentro del campo de la Formación Profesional, además de la función que tiene el módulo de Formación y Orientación Laboral (FOL), con carácter transversal en todos los ciclos formativos. Por último, en el trabajo se elabora una propuesta de Unidad Didáctica vinculada al bloque de Orientación Laboral del módulo de FOL, para impartirla en el primer curso del Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Educación Infantil del I.E.S San Jerónimo ubicado en Sevilla capital. For this, a bibliographic review has been carried out, citing some important contributions such as Professor Elvira Repetto. In addition, the concepts of Vocational Guidance and Educational Guidance will be presented according to various authors, with special emphasis on the contexts in which each of them operates, their main characteristics, their functions, etc. From Vocational Guidance, different explanatory approaches based on psychological and non-psychological theories that aim to expose the reasons and internal and / or external needs that lead people to decide on a specific profession or another in the future. Afterwards, the role of Orientation within the studies of Vocational Training will be discussed, as well as the role of the Training and Labor Orientation module (TLO), with a transversal character in all training cycles. 2 Finally, a Didactic Unit proposal linked to the Labor Orientation block of the TLO module will be made, to be imparted in the first year of the Higher Education Training Cycle in Infant Education of the I.E.S San Jerónimo located in the capital city of Seville.
