Abstract

FORTIFÍCATE, se enmarca dentro de la Psicología Positiva de la Educación y trata de dar solución a los problemas que presenta actualmente la etapa de la adolescencia: altas tasas de abandono escolar, desmotivación, problemas de convivencia en los centros educativos, acoso escolar, altas tasas de depresión juvenil…etc FORTIFÍCATE, es un programa de intervención y prevención. Tras una fase formativa del profesorado implicado, se pasará a la intervención (14 sesiones) en la que se trabajarán en el aula las fortalezas de: el perdón, la ciudadanía, la humildad, la inteligencia social, el amor, el humor, la gratitud..etc. Fortalezas que el alumnado presenta, pero del que a veces, no es consciente. Hacer consciente al alumnado de sus fortalezas y responsabilizarlo, los hace partícipes del clima del centro y de sus aulas, además de aumentar su autoestima, su felicidad, su compromiso social, sus emociones, afecto positivo y bienestar y esto repercute también en sus resultados académicos. De fácil uso para el tutor del aula, FORTIFÍCATE persigue el fin último que todo acto educativo debe tener, hacer felices a nuestros jóvenes, desde el ámbito educativo que es el que más población abarca y que además, llega a todos por igualdad, sin distinción de ningún tipo.

FORTIFÍCATE, is part of the Positive Psychology of Education and seeks to solve the problems that currently present the stage of adolescence: high rates of school dropout, demotivation, problems of coexistence in schools, bullying, high rates of juvenile depression ... etc. FORTIFÍCATE, is an intervention and prevention program. After a formative phase of the teaching staff involved, the intervention will take place (14 sessions) in which the strengths of: forgiveness, citizenship, humility, social intelligence, love, humor, gratitude ..etc. Strengths that the students present, but of which sometimes, is not conscious. To make the students aware of their strengths and hold them accountable, makes them participate in the climate of the center and its classrooms, in addition to increasing their self-esteem, their happiness, their social commitment, their emotions, positive affection and well-being and this also has repercussions on their results academics. Easy to use for the classroom tutor, FORTIFÍCATE pursues the ultimate goal that every educational event must have, to make our young people happy, from the educational field that is the most populated and that also reaches all by equality, without distinction of any kind.
