Resumen
En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se lleva a cabo el diseño y modelado BIM de una edificación industrial.
Se ha implementado mediante un modelo arquitectónico, así como con un modelo estructural.
Enlazando ambos modelos por medio de la vinculación de archivos, se ha obtenido la solución deseada, es decir, la edificación en 3D. Para ello se ha utilizado el software Revit.
Se ha redactado un Plan de Ejecución BIM el cuál es la base para establecer los principios, estrategias y normas que permiten desarrollar la metodología BIM para conseguir las pautas establecidas y cumplir los objetivos.
A partir del modelo, se ha obtenido la diferente documentación requerida para terminar de completar el presente trabajo (mediciones, presupuesto, planos, tablas de planificación, etc.), utilizando software especializado de manera colaborativa.
Cabe destacar que este proyecto, de acuerdo con los objetivos planteados, no comprende el cálculo estructural ni de las instalaciones.
In this Final Degree Project, the design and BIM modelling of an industrial building is carried out. It has been implemented by means of an architectural model, as well as a structural model. By linking both models by means of file linking, the desired solution has been obtained, i.e. the building in 3D. The Revit software was used for this purpose. A BIM Execution Plan has been drafted, which is the basis for establishing the principles, strategies and rules that allow the BIM methodology to be developed in order to achieve the established guidelines and fulfil the objectives. From the model, the different documentation required to complete this work (measurements, budget, plans, planning tables, etc.) has been obtained, using specialised software in a collaborative manner. It should be noted that this project, in accordance with the objectives set out, does not include structural or installation calculations.
