Síntesis y caracterización estructural de complejos metálicos con un derivado de la 1,5-benzodiazepina

Resumen
En el presente trabajo se recogen los resultados obtenidos de la síntesis y caracterización estructural del ligando 2,4-bis( 1,3, 7-tri metil-pte rid ina-2,4( 1H,3H)-d io na-6-il )-2, 3-d ih id ro-2-metil-lH-1,5-benzod iaze pi na (DLMBZD). Con el fin de estudiar la capacidad para coordinarse a iones metálicos del ligando, se le ha hecho reaccionar con distintas sales metálicas de Re(I), Pd(II), Pt(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) y Hg(II). Se han podido aislar y caracterizar mediantes análisis elemental, espectrometría de masas, espectroscopia infrarroja y de resonancia magnética nuclear, tres complejos metálicos de cinc(II), cadmio(II) y mercurio(II) de fórmula general [M(DLMBZD)(SCN)i]·H20.
The results obtained from the synthesis and structural characterization of the ligand 2,4-Bis(l,3,7-trimethyl-pteridine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione-6-yl)-2,3-dihydro-2-methyl-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine (DLMBZD) have been reported. In arder to study the coordination ability of the benzodiazepine-pteridine derivative ligand, it has been reacted with differents salts of Re(I), Pd(II), Pt(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II). Up to now, three zinc(II), cadmium(II) and mercury(II) have been isolated and characterized by IR, NMR and elemental analysis.
