Uso de las TIC y la indagación para aprender ciencias y desarrollar competencias en Educación Primaria

Resumen
Este trabajo deja ver que hay diversos estudios que ponen de manifiesto los beneficios que tiene
enseñar ciencias mediantes actividades realizadas con las TIC, basadas en la indagación, las
controversias socio-científicas y el trabajo cooperativo, las cuales favorecen un aprendizaje
significativo.
El objetivo principal de dicho proyecto, es desarrollar una propuesta didáctica basada en una
metodología de indagación en temas científicos actuales, centrada en el uso de las TIC como
herramienta de enseñanza en Educación Primaria.
Para ello, se ha trabajado en colaboración con el “C.E.I.P. Agustín Serrano de Haro”, creando un
canal de televisión donde se plantean noticias de índole internacional, desarrollando un
pensamiento crítico que pretende concienciar al alumnado en la necesidad de conservar el medio
ambiente y la protección de los animales. En este caso se han desarrollado dos ejemplos de
“telenoticias” que pueden tomarse de referencia para futuros proyectos.
This paper shows that there are several studies, which provide evidence of the benefits of teaching science through ICT, as well as the positive effects of inquiry pedagogies, the introduction of socio-scientific issues and cooperative work in the development of meaningful science learning. The main goal of this project is to develop an educational proposal based on inquiry into current scientific issues with the integration of ICT as a tool for teaching science in Primary Education. It has been a collaboration work with the C.E.I.P. “Agustin Serrano de Haro, "creating a television channel where news of an international character are set out, developing critical thinking in students and increasing the awareness of the need to preserve the environment and animal protection. In this case, two examples of "television news" have been develop that can be taken as a reference for future projects
