Propuesta didáctica sobre el bloque 2: condición física y motriz, a través de una hibridación de modelos pedagógicos y enfocada al alumnado de 3º de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria

Resumen
Se crea esta intervención didáctica con intención de aportar nuevas metodologías para trabajar el bloque de condición física, específicamente las capacidades de resistencia y velocidad. Se busca excluir el mando directo y la utilización de ejercicios analíticos para dicho fin. Para el trabajar dichas capacidades, se ofrecen seis deportes alternativos y una hibridación de los Modelos Pedagógicos Educación Deportiva y Aprendizaje Cooperativo. A través de dichos modelos el alumnado trabajará los deportes alternativos de forma autónoma y mediante roles, enseñando a sus compañeros la forma de juego, el reglamento y material o instalaciones necesarias. Gracias al Modelo Pedagógico de Educación Deportiva se obtiene un producto final, que será una competición y el festejo de la misma, obteniendo un alto grado de motivación por parte del alumnado.
This didactic intervention is created with the intention of providing new methodologies to work the physical condition block, specifically the capacities of resistance and speed. The aim is to exclude direct command and the use of analytical exercises for this purpose. Six alternative sports and a hybridization of the Pedagogical Models Sports Education and Cooperative Learning are offered to work on these capacities. Through these models, the students will work on the alternative sports autonomously and through roles, teaching their classmates how to play, the rules and regulations and the necessary material or facilities. Thanks to the Pedagogical Model of Sports Education a final product is obtained, which will be a competition and the celebration of the same, obtaining a high degree of motivation on the part of the students.
