El aceite de oliva, su influencia en los probióticos y enfermedad intestinal

Abstract

Se hace una revisión bibliográfica de artículos científicos publicados, que relacionan los polifenoles y su acción sobre la microbiota intestinal humana, así como también su actividad antimicrobiana en el intestino, su influencia y modulación de probióticos intestinales y su efecto protector a nivel estructural en el intestino frente a enfermedades como la colitis. A bibliographical revision of published scientific articles is made, which relates polyphenols and their action on the human intestinal microbiota, as well as their antimicrobial activity in the intestine, their influence and modulation of intestinal probiotics and their protective effect at a structural level in the intestine against diseases such as colitis.
