The wide range and abundance of this physical element allows us to evaluate it from the geoturistic point of view that the caves could have for this territory. Geotourism is one of the touristic typologies that are included in the new sustainable development model, which is diversified, high quality, non-seasonal and orderly. After the detailed analysis of the caves we have obtained a general mapping in which we can locate all of them and also specific ones where the most interesting caves are classified by cultural and natural standards. Finally, we conclude with the possibility of counting on a new resource (yet to be fully developed) in the touristic offer of this province.
