Resumen
on la elaboración de este TFG, se ha conocido la formación del profesorado para el desarrollo de su actividad docente en Educación Infantil.
Para ello, se ha realizado una investigación cuantitativa, en la que se ha elaborado un cuestionario Ad hoc, que ha sido entregado en los distintos centros de Educación Infantil en la localidad de Martas (Jaén). Tras recoger los cuestionarios, se han recogido unos resultados que muestran la formación actual de los distintos docentes, sabiendo que en estos resultados han participado un 76% de los docentes encuestados. Además, tras finalizar dicha investigación, se han elaborado propuestas de mejoras para futuras investigaciones, como por ejemplo ampliar dicha investigación a niveles educativos superiores. Se puede concluir sabiendo que la participación ha sido alta y los resultados los esperados y se han podido cumplir los objetivos y además, tanto colegios públicos como concertados ofrecen la posibilidad de formar a sus docentes.
With the elaboration of this end of degree work, it has been tried to know the training of teachers for the development of their teaching activity in Early Childhood Education.
