[ES]La masculinidad hegemónica es algo que lleva unos pocos siglos viviendo en los cuerpos de los varones, no obstante los primeros indicios de su existencia fueron reflejados hace menos de cuarenta años. El presente documento es un proyecto de intervención dirigido a la adolescencia poniendo el foco en el trabajo de las masculinidades. Para ello se incluye una parte de revisión teórica en torno al tema y unas alternativas a las formas hegemónicas de ser hombres. Estas van acompañadas de una propuesta de intervención basada en la experiencia previa del trabajo de las masculinidades en las aulas. Se pretende así sistematizar un abordaje en favor de la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres, centrando la atención en el papel de los varones.
[EN]Hegemonic masculinity is something that has lived in the men human being for a few centuries, although its existence was reflected for the first time less than forty years ago. This document is an intervention project, which is aimed at adolescents focusing on the work of their masculinities. On this document you'll be able to appreciate some of the theoretical review and a few alternatives to the hegemonic ways of being men. These are accompanied by an intervention proposal based on previous experience of working with masculinities in the classroom. The aim is to systematize an approach in favor of equality between men and women, focusing attention on the role of men.
