Resumen
En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se va a estudiar el significado y la importancia de normalizar, cuáles son los organismos de normalización, tanto internacionales como nacionales; y la diferencia existente entre los conceptos de certificación y acreditación. Se continuará, con un estudio general sobre las normas ISO, de la serie UNEEN-ISO 9000, y en particular, la norma "Sistemas de gestión de calidad" UNE-ENISO 9001 :2008, así como la norma "Sistemas de gestión medioambiental" UNE-ENISO 14001 y la Reglamentación EMAS, sin olvidar, la normativa de "Sistemas de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo" OHSAS 18001 :2007. Por último, se planteará el futuro de las normas a través del nuevo Sistema Integrado de Gestión, como solución al número y diversidad de normas existentes para la gestión de las empresas, sistema, con una estructura única para su implantación, conocida como de "alto nivel".
