Análisis de la búsqueda de la eficiencia del olivar tradicional dentro de la olivicultura internacional actual

Abstract

La idea principal de este trabajo es mostrar una serie de recursos y datos empíricos que reflejan la evolución que ha tenido y está teniendo el sector oleícola. Por consiguiente, incorpora información relevante que nos acerca a una realidad actual en este sector y nos ayuda a realizar con mayor certeza una búsqueda de la eficiencia en el cultivo del olivar tradicional dentro de un enfoque global e internacional, todo ello, para mostrar los caminos más importantes que debemos seguir hasta conseguir un olivar más eficiente en todas sus posibilidades, tanto a nivel de superficie cultivada como a la plantación y cultivo del olivar. The main idea of this work is to show a series of resources and empirical data that reflect the evolution that the olive sector has had and is having. Consequently, it incorporates relevant information that brings us closer to a current reality in this sector and helps us to carry out with greater certainty a search for efficiency in the cultivation of traditional olive groves within a global and international approach, all of this, to show the paths more important that we must follow until we achieve a more efficient olive grove in all its possibilities, both at the level of the cultivated area and the planting and cultivation of the olive grove.
