“IMPROVISACIÓN Y AUTONOMÍA COMO DESARROLLO DE LA CAPACIDAD CREATIVA PARA INSTRUMENTISTAS DE BANDA DE MÚSICA: ENSAYOS CREATIVOS”

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo trata el tema de la improvisación para una mejora de la motivación en la práctica musical. Se aborda un estudio cualitativo basado en el método del estudio de caso, con una muestra de la Banda Municipal de Alcalá la Real (Jaén, España). La investigación está basada en el diseño de una serie de estrategias de improvisación que son introducidas entre los/as músicos de esta Banda. Se compara el estado de motivación e interés por la práctica musical de estos/as músicos en la Banda anterior y posterior a la experiencia de improvisación, y se aborda una discusión de los resultados en torno a Así, las conclusiones arrojan información acerca de si han despertado o no dichas estrategias por medio de la improvisación esa creatividad que lleva dentro cada músico, y si éstas han servido como motivarles creando un ambiente de trabajo ameno y divertido en los ensayos. [EN]This work deals with the theme of improvisation for an improvement of motivation in musical practice. A qualitative study is undertaken based on the case study method, with a sample from the Municipal Band of Alcalá la Real (Jaén, Spain). The research is based on the design of a series of improvisation strategies that are introduced among the musicians of this band. The state of motivation and interest for the musical practice of these musicians in the previous band and after the improvisation experience is compared, and a discussion of the results around Thus, the conclusions shed information about whether or not they have awakened such strategies through improvisation that creativity that each musician carries within, and if these have served as motivating them creating a fun and enjoyable work environment in the rehearsals.
