Resumen
[ES]El objetivo, de este proyecto, es demostrar la existencia de un problema estructural en el mercado laboral juvenil en España. Observaremos la evolución desde el año 2002, cuando la economía mundial estaba en una situación de crecimiento, hasta la actualidad, pasando por la crisis económica y mundial acontecida en el año 2007.
Se analizará la evolución en términos de demografía de la población más joven del mercado de trabajo, así como su elevado nivel de desempleo según el sexo y el nivel de formación, tendremos en cuenta épocas tanto de expansión económica como de recesión y observaremos las causas de esta situación de desempleo juvenil.
Con el propósito de exponer la existencia de un problema estructural, compararemos los países la Comunidad Europea, mostrando de forma clara y concisa la necesidad de introducir cambios tanto en el mercado de trabajo como en el sistema educativo.
[EN]The objective of this project is to demonstrate the experience of a structural problem in the youth labour market in Spain. We will observe the evolution since 2002, when the world economy was in a State of growth, until today, passing through the global and economic crisis that took place in the year 2007. We will see the evolution in terms of demographics of the younger population in the labour market, as well as their level of unemployment by sex and level of training, we will take into account both economic expansion and recession times and observe the causes of this situation of youth unemployment. In order to expose the existence of the structural problem, we will compare the European Community countries, showing chary and concisely the need for changes in the labour market and in the educational system.
