Resumen
La temática de este trabajo fin de grado son las lesiones deportivas producidas por la realización de cualquier actividad física. En primer lugar, se justificará la relevancia del tema abordado. En segundo lugar, explicaré la metodología utilizada para realizar el trabajo. Posteriormente, analizaré y describiré los principales modelos teóricos explicativos de las lesiones deportivas. Por último, prestaremos especial atención en la prevención de lesiones, explicaremos los principales modelos preventivos y describiremos las medidas preventivas que el/la maestro/a debe aplicar en las clases de Educación Física en Educación Primaria.
The topic of this final degree project is sports injuries resulting from any physical activity. First, the relevance of the topic will be justified. Second, the methodology used to carry out the work will be explained. Subsequently, the main theoretical models explaining sports injuries will be analyzed and described. Finally, special attention will be paid to injury prevention, the main preventive models will be explained, and the preventive measures that teachers should apply in Physical Education classes in Primary Education will be described.
