Inteligencia emocional, liderazgo transformacional y bienestar laboral: una propuesta de intervención a directores españoles

Resumen
En esta Propuesta de Intervención se abordan dos elementos de suma importancia para Ias organizaciones. En concreto, la inteligencia emocional y el liderazgo transformacional. Asimismo, analiz.a la interacción de dichas variables con el bienestar psicológico en el trabajo. Se propone una intervención con distintos directivos pertenecientes a centros públicos, concertados y privado en Educación Primaria de la provincia de Jaén. Las actividades desarrolladas a lo largo de este programa se vinculan con ambos términos, y persiguen que las emociones se expresen de foenos intensa y más duradera en las actividades laborales, a través del desarrollo de habilidades percibir, identificar y expresar las emociones. Finalmente, los posibles resultados revelan relacionen positivas y significativas entre la inteligencia emocional y el liderazgo transformacional y la repercusión de ambos constructos en la felicidad y el bienestar en contextos laborales.
This Intervention Proposal addresses two elements of utmost importance for organizations. Specifically, emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. It also analyzes the interaction of these variables with psychological well-being at work. An intervention is proposed with various managers from public, state-subsidized, and private primary education schools in the province of Jaén. The activities developed throughout this program are linked to both terms and seek to promote intense and lasting emotional expression in work activities through the development of skills in perceiving, identifying, and expressing emotions. Ultimately, the potential outcomes reveal positive and significant relationships between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership, as well as the impact of both constructs on happiness and well-being in work settings.
