PREVENCIÓN DE ABSENTISMO ESCOLAR A TRAVÉS DE LA EDUCACIÓN SOCIAL

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se aborda la problemática del absentismo escolar, estudiando sus tipos, fases, causas y consecuencias. Se contemplan los datos del absentismo en España y la importancia del papel del educador/a social en esta realidad, además se analiza el marco jurídico en el que se ampara, y por último se plantea una propuesta de intervención con los menores absentistas de la localidad de Linares (Jaén) y sus familias para prevenir en la medida de la posible el tema en cuestión. Una vez analizados todos los apartados anteriores y, examinando en profundidad todos los contenidos que se pretenden trabajar, se programa una serie de actividades para tratar de corregir algunas conductas y acciones que plasman los menores, a veces por causas familiares, y por tanto reducir el número de alumnado con esta problemática

In this work the problem of school absenteeism is approached, studying its types, stages, causes and consequences. The data of absenteeism in Spain and the importance of the role of the social educator in this reality are considered, in addition the legal framework is analyzed in which it is protected, and finally a proposal for intervention with absentee younger in the town of Linares (Jaén) and their families is proposed to prevent the issue in question as much as possible. Once all the previous sections have been analyzed and, examining in depth all the contents that are intended to be worked on, a series of activities is programmed to try to correct some behaviors and actions that the younger capture, sometimes due to family causes, and thus reduce the number of students with this problem
