Proyecto de reconversion de un olivar tradicional de la provincial de Jaén

Abstract

El presente trabajo ha consistido en establecer las distintas labores de cultivo de un olivar tradicional en el término municipal de Villacarrillo (Jaén), las cuales han sido objeto de valoración de costes. Se trata de calcular los costes !totales de producción que conlleva la finca, junto a sus ingresos con el fin de calcular el margen de beneficio de dicha Winca. Además se propone la conversion hacia un olivar intensivo con el fin de conocer las fases que conlleva este proceso, donde la finalidad de ello estriba en aumentar la producción en Kg por hectarea, así como reducir los costes de producción, consiguiendo por tanto una mayor rentabilidad de nuestro olivar. The present work consists of establishing different farm labors in a traditional Andalusian olive grove farm. lt is located in Villacarrillo (Jaén). These farm labors have been subject to cost evaluation. Besides that, another aim is to find out the profit margine of a t raditional olive grove by calculating the total cost of production, together with the obtained incomes. Moreover, the farm is intended to be changed into an intensive olive grove with the purpose of optimizing isoil exploitation and knowing the different phases that involves the process, Ali this will be done to increase t he oíl production per hectare as well as reducing the production costs and, consequently, achieving a larger profitability.
