Programa de intervención para aumentar el sentido del humor en opositores y reducir el estrés

Resumen
Una persona opositora es, una persona que estudia para conseguir un trabajo en la Administración pública, entre los que se encuentra el cuerpo de docentes. Debido a la gran presión y competencia de la prueba a superar, a lo largo del proceso de oposición se suele acumular una gran cantidad de estrés. El presente programa de intervención pretende reducir esos niveles de estrés, aumentado el sentido del humor en los/las opositores/as. Para comprobar ello, se utilizará una muestra por 30 sujetos, opositores/as de educación que presenten un nivel bajo de sentido del humor y un alto nivel de estrés; 15 de estos participantes pertenecerán al grupo experimental y los otros 15 al grupo control en lista de espera. En el programa de intervención se trabajará el sentido del humor y técnicas de reducción de estrés. Los resultados esperados tras la puesta en práctica del programa serán el aumento del sentido del humor en los participantes, así como la reducción de sus niveles de estrés, y también podría producirse un mayor bienestar personal y social y una mejora en su rendimiento académico
An opposition person is, a person who studies to get a job in the public administration, among which is the body of teachers. Due to the great pressure and competence of the test to be overcome, throughout the opposition process a large amount of stress usually accumulates. This intervention program aims to reduce these stress levels, increasing the sense of humor in the opponents. To verify this, a sample will be used by 30 subjects, opponents of education who present a low level of sense of humor and a high level of stress; 15 of these participants will belong to the experimental group and the other 15 to the control group on the waiting list. In the intervention program, the sense of humor and stress reduction techniques will be worked on. The expected results after the implementation of the program will be the increase of the sense of humor in the participants, as well as the reduction of their stress levels, and there could also be greater personal and social well-being and an improvement in their academic performance.
