Resumen
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado ha consistido en primer lugar en una revisión bibliográficapara conocer la determinación de Sb en alimentos envasados en polietilentereftalato (PET), así como en estudiarla interacción envase - alimento y el proceso de migración. A continuación, se han seleccionado las muestras para el análisis, las cuáles sonrefrescos de naranja y de limón envasados en PET, para su tratamiento en estufa de laboratorio, variando tiempo y temperatura, con el fin de provocar la migración del Sb.La cantidad de Sb presente en las muestras tratadas se determinara mediante unEspectrómetro de masas con plasma de acoplamiento inductivo (ICP-MS), para una posterior comparación de los resultados y establecer las correspondientes conclusiones del trabajo.
This Work End of Degree has consisted first of a bibliographical review to know Sb'sdetermination in food packed in polietilentereftalato (PET), as well as in studying interaction pack - food and the process of migration. Later, the samples have been selected for the analysis, which are refreshments of orangeand of lemon packed in PET, for his treatment in laborator stove, changing time and temperature, in order to provoke the migration of the Sb. The quantity of present Sb in the treated samples was deciding by means of a Spectrometer of masses with plasma of inductive coupling (ICP-MS), for a later comparison of the results and to establish the corresponding conclusions of the work.
