Resumen
Partiendo de procedimientos previamente descritos en la literatura, se ha llevado a cabo el estudio de las condiciones más óptimas para obtener, con alta pureza y en cantidades suficientes para llevar a cabo su caracterización mediante diferentes técnicas espectroscópicas (RMN, EM, etc.), una serie de análogos del compuesto 4-amino-2-metoxi-6-fenilamino-5-nitrosopirimidina el cual ha demostrado actividad como agente antibacteriano.
Based on previously described in the literature methods, the synthesis of severa! analogues of the compound 4-amino-2-methoxy-6-phenylamino-5-nitrosopyrimidine which has shown antibacterial activity, was optimised to obtain them with high purity and in sufficient quantity to perform their characterization through spectroscopic techniques: NMR, MS, etc.
