La reestructuración del sistema financiero

Abstract

[ES] Este informe analiza cómo se lleva a cabo la reestructuración de las cajas de ahorros. Para ello se hace una breve explicación del origen de la crisis financiera española y cómo a partir de ésta se hace necesario un reforzamiento de capital en el sector financiero, dando lugar a que las cajas de ahorros tengan que ser fusionadas o integradas en un banco.

[EN] The purpose of this research is to analise how the restructuring of the savings bank sector has been done. Therefore, a brief explanation about the origin of the Spanish financial crisis is given. Here I argue that the reinforcement of capital in financial sector was needed due to the economic crisis with the result that savings banks have had to merge or integrate into a bank.
