Iniciativas del oleoturismo a nivel internacional: un estudio de casos

Abstract

Este trabajo Fin de master se centra en estudiar las iniciativas del oleoturismo a nivel internacional, por una parte, se determina la importancia de la actividad oleoturística, partiendo de la base del turismo gastronómico, hasta llegar al concepto del oleoturismo, que se puede definir como una práctica turística que permite conocer en profundidad el proceso de aceite de oliva y todo lo asociado al olivar. Por otra parte, se profundiza en estudiar las regiones oliviculturas del mundo partiendo de la cuenca mediterránea, Asia, América, Australia, llegando al Oleoturismo y su impacto en el desarrollo rural de estas zonas. Se presenta un estudio de varios casos en zonas productoras. Por último, se compara las iniciativas del oleoturismo y se analiza en qué se parecen y en qué no.

This Master's work focuses on studying oleotourism initiatives at an international level, on the one hand, the importance of oleotourism activity is determined, starting from the basis of gastronomic tourism, until reaching the concept of oleotourism, which can be defined as a tourist practice that allows to know in depth the olive oil and everything associated with the olive grove. on the other hand, it deepens in studying the olive growing regions of the world starting from the Mediterranean basin, Asia, America, Australia, reaching oleotourism and its impact on the rural development of these areas. A study of several cases in producing areas is presented. Finally, oleotourism initiatives are compared and analyzed in what they are similar and what they are not.
