Resumen
La asistencia personal como derecho que garantiza a las personas con discapacidad y/o en situación de dependencia su autonomía personal, debe ser regulada para garantizarlo en condiciones de igualdad en todo el territorio español.
The personal assistance is a right that guarantees to persons with disabilities and/or in a situation of dependence their personal autonomy, and must be regulated to guarantee it in conditions of equality throughout the Spanish territory.
