Programa de intervención para mejorar la salud emocional en mujeres desempleadas mayores de 40 años a través del optimismo y el sentido del humor

Resumen
[ES] La elevada incidencia de paro en nuestro país repercute en la economía y también origina otra serie de cJaños en la salud mental de las personas que se encuentran en situación de desempleo sin ser tenidos en cuenta en las políticas de empleo. Diferentes estudios demuestran que existe un desequilibro a nivel osicológico en las personas desempleadas de larga duración generando inseguridad, desesperanza, ¡pesimismo y baja autoestima, aumentando los síntomas ansioso depresivos. De acuerdo con esto, se plantea una propuesta de intervención basada en aspectos de Psicología Positiva, como las fortalezas de optimismo y sentido del humor. El programa está dirigido a mujeres desempleadas de larga lduración de edades comprendidas entre 40 y 55 años, y se espera que, tras su aplicación, ocho sesiones kle trabajo, mejore la salud de la muestra, reduciendo niveles de ansiedad y depresión, que les hará ()ontinuar con el proceso de búsqueda de empleo.
[EN] The high incidence of unemployment in our country has repercussions on the economy, but it also K:auses another series of damage to the mental health of people who are unemployed and who are not taken into account in employment policies. Different studies show that there is an imbalance at the psychological level of the long-term unemployed that generates insecurity, hopelessness, pessimism, ow self-esteem and increases anxious-depressive symptoms. Regarding this, an intervention proposal s proposed based on aspects of Positive Psychology such as the strengths of optimism and sense oi llumour. The programme is aimed at long-term unemployed women between 40 and 55 years old and it is expected that after its application, specifically eight work sessions, there will be an improvemen1 in the emotional state of the participants, a reduction in depression and anxiety levels and the oromotion of character strengths to continue looking for a job.
