INSERCIÓN DE LAS MUJERES EN EL MERCADO LABORAL ESPAÑOL

Abstract

[ES] En España siempre ha habido reformas destinadas a mejorar la situación del mercado laboral, de ahí que en los últimos años haya habido más, ya que el País ha pasado por época de crisis. Aunque si bien es cierto que se realizan siempre con la necesidad de un mayor crecimiento del empleo. Con este trabajo pretendo conocer las diferentes características negativas que hacen que la tasa de paro sea elevada en España, principalmente en el género femenino. Se trata de una investigación realizada en base a diferentes factores como son: la edad, el sexo, nivel educativo, diferentes contratos de trabajo… También se realizan comparaciones con el resto de países de la Unión Europea y posteriormente se exponen las conclusiones pertinentes las cuales nos dicen como el sexo femenino se sitúa por debajo del sexo masculino en función de todos los factores nombrados anteriormente en el mercado laboral.

[EN] In Spain there have always been reforms intended to improve the situation of the labour market, hence the increase in the recent years, due to the period of financial crisis that the country has been gone through. Though it is true that they are made with the need to increase the employment. With this project I intend to find out more about the different negative aspects, which makes the unemployment rate remains high in Spain, mainly in the female gender. It is about a research conducted in terms of several factors such as: age, gender, level of education, work contracts…Also, some comparisons are made with the rest of the countries of the European Union, and subsequently the conclusions are set out, which tells us how the female gender is below the male gender according to all the factors named above in the labour market.
