Despite the wide range of advantages that working offers beyond merely economic issues, since the mid-20th century, scientific circles have begun to pay greater attention to the risks that this activity entails. Taking this statement a step further, and although there is still much progress to be made, many people consider issues related to occupational safety and industrial hygiene to be resolved. Therefore, in compliance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, greater emphasis has been placed on the psychosocial risks that may exist within the business community.
