Educación física en el medio natural

Abstract

[ES] La finalidad de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es crear una propuesta didáctica en el área de Educación Física basada en la Actividad Física en el Medio Natural. Con esto se busca dar valor a la realización de este tipo de prácticas dentro del funcionamiento de un colegio, ya que no es lo normal debido a dificultades como la formación del profesorado, la posibilidad de realización dentro del ajustado horario escolar o la implicación de las familias. Al llevar a cabo actividades en el Medio Natural permite que el alumnado conozca otras realidades y se introducen metodologías con las que buscar una mayor participación, motivación e interés. Además, se trabajará de manera interdisciplinar con las materias de Ciencias de la Naturaleza y Ciencias Sociales. La idea principal de la propuesta es que el alumnado salga de su zona de confort y descubra una manera diferente de aprender.[EN] The objective of this Final Degree Project would be to create a didactic proposal in the Physical Education area, based on the physical activity in the natural environment. With this, I am looking for the value of doing these activities inside the school’s functioning, because it is not something normal due to the teachers’s formation, the possibility of doing it in a tight timetable or the implication of the families. If we do these activities in a natural environment, we will achieve that students know about other realities and we could be able to introduce different methodologies which we could search for a bigger participation, motivation and interest. Furthermore, we will work in an interdisciplinary way with the subjects of Natural Science and Social Science. The main idea of this proposal is to make students able to go out of their comfort zone and to give them the opportunity to discover a different way to learn.
