In this work we have studied the biodiversity of the Order Araneae at Family level in three different habitats (ecological olive, banks and vineyard) in the region of La Mancha (Ciudad Real). Sampling was performed out between of November 2015 and of May 2016, have done three samplings in three plots of 10x10 m chosen at random for each habitat. In all cases we used the methods of direct capture of spiders on the ground surface. In total 446 individuals from 17 families were gathering. We assessed the number of individuals of each one of the present families in each area and we have established the values of the average capture and the curves of expected number of families and rarefaction curves. We have evaluated the organization of ecological guilds of spiders in each of the prospected habitats.
