Resumen
He realizado un proyecto de innovación porque, en un futuro, me gustaría ser maestra y proponer iniciativas para mejorar y fomentar las relaciones interculturales del alumnado, para lo que utilizaré las TIC.
¿Cuál es la actitud del profesorado en el aula frente al alumnado de otras culturas?
¿Cómo es la relación del alumnado con los compañeros de otras culturas?
¿Influye el sexo, la edad o la formación del profesorado a la hora de conseguir una integración escolar mejor?
¿Reaccionan de manera positiva los alumnos ante la integración de alumnos de culturas diferentes?
¿Cómo vamos a introducir el uso de las TIC para conseguir una mejora en el aspecto que nos concierne?
En este trabajo, pretendemos innovar para resolver los problemas que aún se nos plantean en el aula.
Para ello, queremos resaltar actitudes como la amistad, la generosidad, el compañerismo, la solidaridad y las relaciones entre ellos que puedan generar prejuicios, estereotipos, etiquetaciones o relaciones de menos afectivas, menos afines, menos interactivas y con menor calidad, no ajustadas a una verdadera relación afectiva en valores como la aceptación, el respeto y la solidaridad.
Empezaremos hablando de la actitud, que es la forma de actuar de una persona, el comportamiento que emplea un individuo para hacer las cosas, para luego concretarla en acciones.
I have designed an innovation project because in my future as a teacher I would like to propose initiatives to improve and promote intercultural relations between pupils, emphasising the use of ICT to develop this project.What is the attitude of teachers in the classroom towards pupils from other cultures? What is the relationship between pupils and their peers from other cultures? Is gender, age or training of teachers influential in improving school integration? Do pupils react positively to the integration of pupils from other cultures? How do we introduce the use of ICT to improve the aspect that concerns us? In this job, we innovate in order to solve the problems that we still encounter in the classroom. To do this, we will focus on behaviours such as friendship, community and relationships between them, which can generate prejudices, stereotypes or misunderstandings, causing relationships that have less meaning and interaction and are not related to a true affective relationship, values such as respect and solidarity. We will take into account the different behaviours in the educational environment that underlie the affective, social and cognitive aspects. We start talking about the attitude that is the modus operandi of a person, behaviour that employs an individual to do things, then continue and realize it in specific attitudes, explaining the education professionals, and the student to students who have a different culture.
