The main objective of this project is to comprehensively review and analyze the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral intervention in children and adolescents with post-traumatic stress disorder. To this end, a systematic review was conducted in various databases following a series of inclusion criteria that allow for the appropriate selection of useful and interesting articles. The results obtained show the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral intervention in different studies and the differences between its various techniques and other therapies. These results show similarities and differences with other reviews or meta-analyses already conducted on this same topic. Therefore, this review confirms that cognitive-behavioral therapy and its various techniques are the treatment that best works for children and adolescents with post-traumatic stress disorder, although it has certain limitations due to the fact that most of the selected studies have small samples.
