RELACIONES INTERADMINISTRATIVAS Y SIMPLIFICACIÓN POR MEDIO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN ELECTRÓNICA

Abstract

[ES] En la actualidad, la Administración Pública de nuestro Estado está adaptándose a la nueva forma de trabajar que solicita la sociedad. El objetivo del presente trabajo es centrarnos en el estudio de las relaciones interadministrativas y la simplificación de los procedimientos y de las herramientas que maneja la Administración para atender al ciudadano, desde el punto de vista de la innovación electrónica y tecnológica. Mis propósitos son analizar la nueva regulación que entrará en vigor este año, mostrando las mejoras que se han emprendido y mostrar cómo se complementan los fenómenos de simplificación y las relaciones interadministrativas utilizando las tecnologías más innovadoras, adentrándonos en los procesos de cooperación, colaboración y coordinación entre Administración Pública y los ciudadanos y señalando los servicios más atractivos que oferta la Administración electrónica.

[EN] Currently, Public Administration of our State is adapting to the new way of working that is requested by society. The objective of this work is to focus in the study of the inter administrative relationships and simplification of procedures and tools that are used by the Administration to look after the population, from the point of view of electronic and technological innovation. My goals are to analyse the new regulation that will be effective this year, showing the enhancements that have been carried out and show how the different phenomenal of simplification and inter administrative relationships are complemented by using the most innovative technologies, going through cooperation, coordination and collaboration processes between public administration and the population, pointing out the most attractive services that are offered by the electronic administration.
