La Ley de Protección de la Segurid ad Ciudadana ante las libertades públicas y derechos fundamentales.

Abstract

El objeto del presente trabajo consiste en analizar la nueva Ley sobre Protecció11 de la Seguridad Ciudadana, y co1no esta afecta a los Derechos Fu11da111entales y Libertad es Públicas que establece la Constitución Española, los cuales pertenecen a la ciudadanía y no :puede ser despojad.a de ellos. E11 este trabajo abordo el equilibrio entre libertad y seguridad, que se presenta como principal discusió11 doctrinal en torno a la anterionnente 1nencionada 'Ley sobre Protección de la Segurid ad Ciudadana. Así mismo, analizo como incide la mencionada Ley en los principales derechos y libertades reconocidos en la Constitución española y en concreto en las libertades de expresión e infonnación, y los derechos de reunión y manifestación.The purpose of this Projec t is to analyze the new Law about Public Safety Protection and how it is going to affect the Fundamentals Rights and Public Liberties stipulated in the Spa11ish Constitution, which belongs to ali the Spanish citizens. Then I approacl1 the discussion about the balance between freedo1n and security, that appears as tl1e main doctrinal debate on the previously m entio11ed Law. Likewise, 1 study how tl1e 1nentioned Law affect to the inain rights and liberties recognised by the Spanisl1 Constitution, and specifically to tl1e freedo1n of speecl1a11d i11for1n ation, ru1d rigl1ts of assembly and peaceful dem onstration.
