Trabajando la inteligencia emocional. Un proyecto de Lengua Castellana y Literatura en Primaria

Abstract

Trabajar la inteligencia emocional en Educación Primaria mejora las habilidades sociales y al mismo tiempo, las habilidades lingüísticas del alumnado. Las emociones se encuentran ligadas a la comunicación entre personas por lo que, en esta unidad didáctica, se ha buscado conjugar ambas valorando que los niveles más altos de apoyo emocional en el aula se relacionan con menores problemas de comportamiento de los niños y permite formar a los futuros adultos en una educación integral. Algunos de los objetivos que se han buscado son: fomentar la escucha activa, emplear adjetivos para describir a personas o saber comunicar las emociones o sentimientos que sienten en ciertas situaciones. Se han planteado 8 actividades para trabajar los contenidos. El resultado final es trabajar las emociones mediante la gamificación y otras metodologías activas, como herramientas principales que tendrá el alumno para que este pueda relacionarse con su entorno, tanto a nivel escolar como familiar.

Working on emotional intelligence in Primary Education improves social skills and, at the same time, the linguistic skills of students. Emotions are linked to communication between people, which is why, in this didactic unit, we have sought to combine both, valuing that the highest levels of emotional support in the classroom are related to fewer behavioral problems in children and allow training future adults in a comprehensive education. Some of the objectives that have been sought are: encourage active listening, use adjectives to describe people or know how to communicate the emotions or feelings they feel in certain situations. 8 activities have been proposed to work on the contents. The end result is to work on emotions through gamification and other active methodologies, as the main tools that the student will have so that they can relate to their environment, both at school and family level.
