Resumen
Al área de Educación física, en los últimos años, se han incorporado una serie de contenidos.
Uno de ellos, son las actividades físicas con material alternativo, que es aquel que no está
relacionado con lo tradicional, y se le puede dar un uso distinto al que tenía cuando se diseñó.
Se trata de una nueva forma de exploración y trabajo en las clases que permite una mayor
variedad de actividades y situaciones y como consecuencia un mayor enriquecimiento en la
formación de los alumnos. Además, los materiales son muy asequibles para todo el mundo,
debido al poco coste de los mismos materiales.
El objetivo que pretende este TFG es dar a conocer a los alumnos, las posibilidades que le
ofrecen los juegos y deportes no convencionales, denominados “alternativos”, en su práctica
diaria para el divertimento de ellos mismos, al igual de que sin ellos mismos darse cuenta,
practicarán actividad física.
Over the last years, different contents have been introduced within the area of Physical Education, one of these contents is that physical activities with alternative material, thus meaning the material that is not related to traditional and the material that is used in a different way from that it had when it was designed. It comes about a new way of exploration and work within the classroom to provide students with a wide range of activities and situations and consequently, with a higher enrichment in the training of the students. Furthermore, the low cost materials needed to implement this type of activities or even its own production allow everybody to be able to play these sports. The main goal of this paper is to make the students know all the possibilities that the unusual games and sports named as “alternatives” provide them with in their daily practice. Likewise, children will not realize that playing these games they will be improving their health.
