Resumen
[ES]Desde la aprobación de la Ley 39/2006 de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal y Atención a las Personas, que supone para España la construcción del cuarto pilar del Estado de Bienestar con un importante avance en la consolidación de los derechos sociales, hemos asistido a un deterioro constante de los servicios que se ofrecen en materia de dependencia.
Dicho deterioro se ve más agravado en la actual situación de crisis en la que se encuentra España derivada de la crisis mundial de 2008, debido a las diversas restricciones presupuestarias que está llevando a cabo el gobierno español en el ámbito de la dependencia.
[EN]Since the adoption of the Law 39/2006 on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for Persons, which accounts for Spain the construction of the fourth pillar of the welfare state with an important step in the consolidation of social rights, we have witnessed a steady deterioration of the services offered on dependency. This impairment is more exacerbated in the current crisis in Spain which is derived from the global crisis of 2008, due to various budget constraints is conducting the Spanish government in the field of dependency.
