The purpose of the infrastructure proposed in this project is to eliminate the poor accessibility of this town due to its narrow streets, which impede the flow of traffic to the town center and the southern part of the municipality, where its growth is concentrated. This road will begin at a newly constructed roundabout on the existing JA-7105 provincial road and will end at a multi-purpose open area in the town, used for commercial, cultural, and festive events. Therefore, the road will be designed to blend into its surroundings, prioritizing pedestrian access and providing parking spaces for peak times when there is a greater influx of people requiring parking.
