Prevención de la obesidad infantil en Educación Primaria

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene por objeto analizar, desde el punto de vista de la Educación Primaria, la obesidad infantil, uno de los trastornos alimentarios que más ha crecido en los últimos años y que afecta desde edades muy tempranas. A tal fin, se realiza un estudio de los principales factores que favorecen a la obesidad infantil, de las consecuencias y los efectos de esta enfermedad en los niños; así como de la influencia de los medios de comunicación en la obesidad infantil. Finalmente, se propone un programa completo de intervención y prevención para solucionar este problema de escala global, a través de una de las herramientas más poderosas susceptibles de cambiar y mejorar el mundo: la educación.This final degree project analyzes, from the point of view of Primary Education, childhood obesity, one of the nutritional disorders that has grown the most in recent years and that affects from very early ages. To this end, it shows a study of the main factors that favor childhood obesity, as well as the effects of this disease in children and the influence of the media in the childhood obesity. Finally, proposes a complet program of intervention and prevention to solve this global scale problem, throught one of the most powerful tools to improve and change the world: the education.
