[EN] Spanish territorial model has been developed and consolidated for the last thirty years following the constitutional procedure, showing at present a political territorial organization that does not adapt to the Constitution. This is the reason why several Spanish political parties are demanding a constitutional reform. As a way of reform, several comparative studies are being conducted, in particular, with the US and Germany systems in order to come to an agreement and approve a reform consistent with 21 st century Spain.
