[es] En este estudio técnico se pretende analizar el comportamiento sismorresistente de viviendas unifamiliares adosadas sometidas a la serie sísmica de Enero 2021 en Atarfe (Granada) de campo cercano. En primer lugar, se planteó el cálculo de la estructura utilizando el software CypeCad, según la normativa (NCSE-02). A continuación, se llevó a cabo un análisis no-lineal para evaluar el comportamiento de la estructura bajo carga sísmica. En su primera fase, se realizó un análisis estático no lineal de empuje incremental (pushover) para obtener la curva de capacidad de cada planta. A continuación, se llevó a cabo un análisis dinámico directo no lineal, sometiendo a la estructura a la serie sísmica de enero de 2021, así como simulaciones con valores escalados del mismo. En ambos casos, se utilizó el software OpenSees como herramienta de cálculo y GiD para pre y postprocesado.
[en] This technical study is aimed to analyze the seismic behavior of single-family semi-detached buildings subjected to the near-field earthquakes that occurred in Atarfe (Granada) in January 2021. Firstly, the design of the reinforced structure was carried by using the CypeCad software according to the Spanish seismic code (NCSE-02). Next, a non-linear analysis is proposed to evaluate the behavior of the structure under seismic load in two stages. In the first stage, a non-linear pushover analysis was carried out to obtain the capacity curve of each story. Next, for the second stage, a non-linear dynamic analysis was carried out, subjecting the structure to the January 2021 seismic series, as well as simulations with scaled seismic records. In both cases, OpenSees software was used for the analysis and GiD tool for the pre and post-process.
