Resumen
En el presente trabajo se quiere llevar a la práctica la
teoría de la dirección estratégica de la empresa, a través de un
análisis estratégico de una empresa real, Excavaciones Roque
Bueno S. L. Los objetivos son dotar a la empresa de un mejor
conocimiento de su entorno y de ella misma, a través de los
análisis externo e interno, para lo que serán utilizadas las
herramientas más conocidas de análisis estratégico, como son las
5 fuerzas de Porter o el perfil estratégico del entorno, englobando
la información obtenida en un análisis DAFO. Una vez obtenido
un mejor conocimiento de la empresa, se llevará a cabo un estudio
de las diferentes direcciones de desarrollo que la empresa ha
tomado desde su origen, de modo que el conocimiento de sus
decisiones estratégicas pasadas sirva de apoyo a las futuras
decisiones que deban tomarse en esta empresa.
