Resumen
[ES]La inteligencia emocional es un constructo que actualmente se encuentra en auge, ya que reporta multitud de beneficios a las personas tanto a nivel personal, como a nivel organizacional. Actualmente, las empresas a la hora de contratar a su personal no se basan en la experiencia profesional o en el expediente académico, sino más bien, de si el individuo posee ciertas habilidades emocionales con las que afronte la incertidumbre con facilidad. De igual modo, el conocimiento de uno mismo y la gestión de las propias emociones, ha adquirido un papel fundamental en la vida de las personas, puesto que les ayuda a afrontar los desafíos del día a día con positivismo y aprovechar las oportunidades que estos le presentan. Existe una técnica, denominada Mindfulness, la cual sirve de ayuda para desarrollar la inteligencia emocional, además de actuar como reductor del estrés laboral.
