Resumen
El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en la computación de una bomba centrífuga situada en el laboratorio de Mecánica de Fluidos del Departamento de Ingeniería Mecánica y Minera. El objetivo es poder obtener las curvas características de la bomba, para lo cual el sistema debe medir la presión, el caudal y la velocidad de giro de la bomba, así como alguna variable eléctrica que permita el cálculo de la potencia eléctrica consumida por la bomba. Para ello, ha sido necesaria una primera caracterización manual de la bomba que ha permitido la selección de los sensores de medida ello. A continuación, se ha seleccionado e instalado los sensores en el banco experimental y por último, el objetivo final era elaborar un programa en LabVIEW que permita la obtención de las curvas características de forma rápida y sencilla. Este programa se usará para realizar las prácticas de varias asignaturas del área de Mecánica de Fluidos.
This Final Degree Project consists of the computation of a centrifugal pump located in the Fluid Mechanics laboratory of the Department of Mechanical and Mining Engineering. The objective is to obtain the characteristic curves of the pump, for which the system must measure the pressure, flow and speed of rotation of the pump, as well as some electrical variable that allows the calculation of the electrical power consumed by the pump. For this, it has been necessary a first manual characterization of the pump that has allowed the selection of the measurement sensors. Then, the sensors were selected and installed in the experimental bench and finally, the final objective was to develop a LabVIEW program that allows obtaining the characteristic curves quickly and easily. This program will be used to perform the practices of several subjects of the Fluid Mechanics area.
