Musicoterapia aplicada a alumnado de Educación Primaria con Trastorno del Espectro Autista

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se ha investigado sobre las posibilidades y beneficios que ofrece la musicoterapia como instrumento didáctico para el alumnado con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA). Para presentar los aspectos científicos de la musicoterapia hemos formulado un marco teórico que sirva para entender su origen y evolución histórica. Asimismo, hemos ahondado en el concepto y características del autismo y esbozado las últimas investigaciones sobre el déficit de atención. En la segunda parte del trabajo se desarrolla una propuesta didáctica que busca fomentar las relaciones interpersonales, facilitar el crecimiento y desarrollo del individuo. La intención es ayudar a tomar conciencia del aquí y ahora, contribuyendo al bienestar del individuo a través de juegos musicales. Una de las conclusiones más destacables es que a través de la Musicoterapia el alumnado aprende y mejora sus habilidades sociales de una forma efectiva, motivadora y dinámica. Con esta propuesta didáctica se ofrece una alternativa y una ayuda para mejorar la calidad de vida de los individuos con necesidades educativas especiales.

In the present work end of degree, the possibilities and benefits of music therapy as an educational tool for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) have been investigated. To present the scientific aspects of music therapy we have formulated a theoretical framework that serves to understand its origin and historical evolution. We have also delved into the concept and characteristics of autism and outlined the latest research on attention deficit. In the second part of the work, a didactic proposal is developed that seeks to promote interpersonal relationships, facilitate the growth and development of the individual. The intention is to help become aware of the here and now, contributing to the well-being of the individual through musical games. One of the most notable conclusions is that through Music Therapy students learn and improve their social skills in an effective, motivating and dynamic way. This educational proposal offers an alternative and help to improve the quality of life of individuals with special educational needs.
